  • This is a MOLLE Compatible tear-away pouch so it can be pulled away from its MOLLE-compatible base--the idea being quick removal, especially if the casualty is wearing it.
  • Its size is approx. 6" wide x 9" tall x 3" thick but can expand up to 5" thick when fully filled.
  • Will easily fit 500cc IV with room for lots more kit.

I was looking for a first aid pouch for our vehicles and based on the descriptions and reviews I had read, the F.I.G.H.T. Medical Pouches seemed to fit the bill rather well.  As soon as we received them, we started stuffing them with our supplies.  They hold a surprising amount, even if they are packed rather tightly.  The build quality is amazing, as is all Maxpedition stuff, and I have no doubts that the pouch will outlive me.


If you are looking into using these as a vehicle first aid pack, we found a great method for placing for these in a convenient and unobtrusive location.  The packs come with two D-rings on the back.  Get some nylon webbing and run it through the D-rings  Just make a loop with it and run it around the metal pylons of the passenger's seat headrest.  This keeps the pack within arm's reach, and gives you the option to quickly detach the entire pack with the side release buckle, or to use the velcro field to rip just the removable part off.
