Plate Carriers for Work and Play   These vests are becoming more and more popular within the law officers community. Even among the soldiers in Iraq are using the condor plate carrier. They are made with a fast release mechanism. This means that when needed you can drop it and go very quickly. Many people mistakenly think that these vests are only used for airsoft. Well the more we learn about them, the more they are used in other lines of work on and off duty. If you like to have a variety of colors to choose from, they are certainly available in several colors. The most popular being the multicam color. There are many special features on the condor plate carrier. The large amount of equally placed straps being one of the major features of this vest make it very easy to use the quick release feature whenever needed in combat or while on duty. Out of all reviews on this product, the straps have not once malfunctioned. This vest is also a pretty inexpensive product for its functionality. The rear point where it attaches will not flex so you may use a smaller cord for tying. This is one of the best functions of the vest. You can use the soft plates or the hard plates. It is functional with both kinds and is easily fitted for both kinds of plates. It does have one downfall in the chest of the vest there is not a place for an extra plate. This vest will last through all climates and most combat areas, though it is used mainly for airsoft as of now. Trending through police departments all over, it won�t be long before these vests are used in combat throughout the country. One more positive to this vest is it is made for comfort. The padding allows one to wear it all day and still feel comfortable even under the most difficult situations. So basically the only improvements needed would be the extra pouch on the chest and also maybe a little more Velcro added to the back.
