The Elite Vest is both a functional tool and a good looking piece of gear. The vest features two hand warmer pockets to hold frequently accessed items, as well as vertical strategically positioned "Napoleon" pockets to accommodate glasses, a wallet, a spare magazine, or a small frame revolver or auto. Four hook-and-loop flap pockets are capable of carrying a variety of gear, including spare magazines. Two deep zippered security pockets, two smaller zippered patch pockets, and two open pockets (one with two pen slots) round out the front of this vest.

There are four more pockets on the inside: two easily accessed, large front pockets and two open pockets at the lower back to accommodate a radio or like item with elastic loops near the shoulders to keep wires in place.

The outside back offers a large hook-and-loop flap pocket, along with two elastic topped pockets on either side. The vented back design provides superior air flow through the garment and side tabs provide adjustment for a custom fit. The front secures with a two-way zipper, backed up by a quick-release center front tab with hook-and-loop fastener to allow for securing the front of the vest while facilitating quick access to essential gear under the vest. The tab can also be folded in to prevent accidental closure of the vest. To top it off, a padded collar adds to the overall comfort. Easy care: machine wash, tumble dry and cool iron as needed.
