If your order is backordered by the manufacturer, our policy is:
If your order qualified for free shipping, your order will shipped when 100% complete.
If your domestic order did not qualify for free shipping, your order will be shipped at 50% completion, and the remainder will be shipped as soon as possible.
If after two weeks, your order is less than 50% complete, we will ship you what we have in stock and send the rest as soon as possible. All second and consecutive shipments will be sent UPS Ground.
International orders (including APO/FPO) will ship complete only.
