Standout Features Manufacturer Capabilities

Tactical and Training airguns are made with the quality and reliability expected from Umarex firearm replicas. These products assist with performance, marksmanship, and confidence.

CO2 Pistols mirror their firearm counterparts in near weight and function and are great tools to maintain sharpshooting skills without the expense of live ammunition. They can be used in a garage or basement with a proper target and backstop. For loading, firing, and holstering drills, a selection of Blank Firing Pistols provide trainees and trainers a very realistic tool in both action and sound without the use of a projectile. For force-on-force training and simulations, Airsoft Guns that fire plastic BBs are very inexpensive tools to operate and Ram Systems are designed as a safer alternative to traditional training methods.

Why RAM?

Real Action Markers are designed to replicate the physical features, weight, and function of their firearm counterparts to provide law enforcement and the military with the best possible training tool available. These tools, which fire .43 paintballs, or rubberballs for training exercises, remove the risk of live ammunition accidentally making it onto a training course and into a real firearm, thus creating an environment where tactical mistakes are still realized, but not life threatening.

RAM systems are simple and easy to use. Their CO2 power source is hidden in the stock or grip of the marker, and unlike traditional paintball markers that rely on gravity and a big hopper for reloading, Real Action Markers load through a realistic magazine providing the user with an incredibly realistic feeling for tactical simulations and war games. Additionally, RAM tactical rifles utilize casings that eject upon firing, further simulating its live-fire counterpart. Accessories can also be mounted that provide the same optics or other controls that may be used by an operator.

Combine all the features of a Real Action Marker and you have a marker that's exciting, easy-to-use, cost effective, and designed for even the most realistic close quarter battles.

TROUBLE SHOOTING-RAM PISTOLS

- The CO2 gas cylinder may be empty. Follow the instructions in your manual to replace the CO2 cylinder.
- The barrel may be dirty. See the cleaning section in your manual on how to clean your RAM pistol.

I can hear CO2 leaking from my RAM pistol:
- If this occurs after puncturing the CO2, point the marker in a safe direction, pull the slide back a couple of times and dry fire 3-4 times to seal the o-rings.
- Always apply a drop of the supplied lube or RWS Chamber Lube to the tip of each CO2 cylinder before installing.

Firing performance can be effected by extreme hot or cold temperatures.
- You may be using the incorrect projectiles. Make sure you're using .43 caliber flawless paintballs or rubberballs.
- It may be caused by incorrect sight or barrel installation. See Aiming and Adjusting the Sights in your manual.

ABOUT RAM

Real Action Markers provide near-identical realism combined with a harder hit than airsoft, an actual mark if using paintballs, and a training system that's less expensive and safer than Simunition.

What is RAM?
Ram Marker Systems were specifically designed for use in force-on-force training. RAM Paintball Guns, or Real Action Markers, are practically identical to their firearm counterparts, yet RAM Markers are inexpensive to operate, accurate, and when used exclusively, remove the risk of live ammunition making onto a training course. And as a bonus, RAM systems have become the ultimate in reality paintball gaming where Real Action Markers have become the latest craze in a sport where gamers are seeking to pump more realism into their battlefields.

RAM Systems were previously marketed in the United States by APS USA. In spring of 2007, Umarex USA introduced RAM for the First time with The Walther P99 RAM pistol. In December 2007, Umarex USA added to its RAM Paintball Gun line with the addition of RAM tactical rifles, two more paintball pistols, and a RAM shotgun.
