Must use with "Rifle Plates" to face .223 or .308 (5.56 or 7.62mm) rifle threat. Ballistic panels are identical in shape and size to the 100% Kevlar (see above), but the ballistic fiber is 100% GoldFlex® to make a super-light, and super-thin vest. The trade-off is a slightly stiffer vest -- but you also get better blunt trauma performance than Kevlar. NOT a blend of GoldFlex® and other materials, but 100% GoldFlex® for exceptional lightness, thinness and concealability. This product is for Military/Police Unit purchase only.
