Useful Tool May 18, 2009 Reviewer: Member of Danish Counter Terrorist Team (AKS) from Danish Counter Terrorist Team   When we at the Danish Counter Terrorist Unit (AKS) equipped our Diemaco C8 rifles with Aimpoint CompM2 sights, we also equipped them with 3XMag magnifying modules.  We have found that this is a very useful tool in combination with the CompM2 sight.  In a hostage situation, we can shoot 50m to 150m and a split second later, thanks to the quick release feature of the TwistMount, we can use our weapon in other situations.  We can also identify a threat at quite long distances both with the 3XMag mounted on the weapon or as a hand held magnifying tool.
